((Spectator admission is FREE)) Primary goal is to raise money to be donated to The Animal Doctors to the Rescue in hopes to help animals in need of medical care. We are currently seeking volunteers, donations/sponsorships, participants, as well as car enthusiasts. In advance, thank you for your support! Saturday, November 5th, 2016 Smartphones are documenting daily life more than ever before in history.  From day to day smartphone images and video are being snapped and posted to social media in a volume that is quite astonishing.  The need for a separate camera for most people has diminished over the years and continues to dwindle year after year.  The days of carrying a large camera on vacation has gone by the wayside.  With that said smartphones can be a great way to document life, family and friends.  Advancements are being made yearly and images are quite sharp for the smartphone camera lens.  The need to hire a professional photographer has also reduced now that most people have their smartphone. smartphones are more mainstream at weddings, events and even for family portraits.  The one area yet to be mastered by smartphone cameras is low light and the ability to capture images that do not appear flat.  Depth of field is an issue with smartphones yet at this point unless a lens adaptor is added to the smartphone.  A complete Bentley commercial has been filmed by using an Iphone 5S.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyYhM0XIIwU The future is bright for Smartphone cameras, currently bright light is needed for the quality to be of any value.  Let’s hope this changes in the near future!
